The Recruitment Process

Complete our online application or email [email protected]. Ensure you submit both your CV and cover letter and all relevant details so we can get in touch with you.

Phone Interview
If your online application is successful, you will be contacted by phone to discuss what you are looking for and more about why you would like to work with SeaLink.

In-person Interview
Our next step is inviting you in to have an interview with the hiring manager. This may be done face to face, over Skype or video conference, or even a followup phone call depending on the role and where you are situated.

Practical Test
If your interview is successful, and if it is relevant to the role you applied for, you will then be invited to undertake a practical test.

Background Checks
Reference checks will be completed, along with police checks. We will also request a drug and alcohol test prior to making an offer.
