Urgent - Mechanical breakdown
Please be advised due to mechanical breakdown the following changes have been made to our timetable for today, Friday 31st October.

10.15am customers have now been diverted back to Half Moon Bay

Additional 12pm ex Half moon bay sailing has been added to accomodate the breakdown

11.15am ex Kennedy Pt sailing will now depart at 1pm and diverted to Hamer street.
Additional cancelled sailings today due to breakdown: ex Half moon bay: 2pm ex Kennedy Pt: 3pm

Pine Harbour - Roadworks
From Monday, 3 November, a one-way system will be in place at Pine Harbour Marina from just past the Coffee Collective carpark entrance to just after the showroom.
Traffic lights will operate to manage flow, phased to favour incoming traffic in the morning and outgoing traffic in the afternoon and evening.
This temporary change is required to complete essential drainage and groundworks along the roadway. Please allow extra time when travelling through the area.

Auckland Marathon changes
One of Auckland’s biggest events hits the streets on November 2, with thousands of competitors taking on the Auckland Marathon.
There are a few changes to our timetable and minor changes to accessing our City Terminal. See below for a map to access Hamer St.
Our Great Barrier Island sailing should run as expected.
There will be no sailings to Waiheke from Auckland City (Hamer St) between 7:00 am and 1:15 pm.

Protect the Gulf
Remember to ensure your vehicles are clean before arriving at our terminals as heavily soiled vehicles and machinery may be turned away from our vessels due to fear of spreading Kauri Die Back Disease to the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

Travelling to Waiheke Island as a foot passenger on your Gold AT HOP card from Half Moon Bay or Wynyard Quarter? Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please remember it is IMPORTANT that you 'tag on' when boarding and 'tag off' on arrival at your destination.

Waiheke Island & Great Barrier Island

Check-in 30 minutes prior to departure to or from Waiheke Island

Check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to or from Great Barrier Island
Due to loading requirements, boarding will close 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 15 minutes prior for foot passengers.
Please note: To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.
