Revised fuel surcharge from June 1
Due to ongoing increases in fuel prices, we are introducing a temporary fuel surcharge.
From Monday, 1 June 2026, the surcharge will be 8.4%.
This applies to Retail, Resident, Multi-Pass and Commercial customers.
We’ll continue to review fuel prices closely and remove the surcharge as soon as conditions allow.

Protect the Gulf
Remember to ensure your vehicles are clean before arriving at our terminals as heavily soiled vehicles and machinery may be turned away from our vessels due to fear of spreading Kauri Die Back Disease to the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

Travelling to Waiheke Island as a foot passenger on your Gold AT HOP card from Half Moon Bay or Wynyard Quarter? Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please remember it is IMPORTANT that you 'tag on' when boarding and 'tag off' on arrival at your destination.

Check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to or from Great Barrier Island
Due to loading requirements, boarding will close 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 15 minutes prior for foot passengers.
Please note: To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.
