We do our best to stick to schedule, but sometimes the weather or tides have other ideas. If there’s a disruption, we’ll post updates here and do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
Tuesday 9th Dec 2025:
3:30pm departure from Kennedy Point to Auckland City is changed to 3pm to Half Moon Bay.
5:15pm departing frmo Auckland City to Kennedy Point is cancelled.
6:30pm departing from Kennedy Point to Auckland City is cancelled.
7pm departing from Kennedy Point to Half Moon Bay is now changed to 7:15pm.

Great news! We’ve added more sailings to Waiheke across December and January, perfect for evening adventures, late getaways, or getting friends and whānau over for the holidays.
Enjoy extra 7:15pm departures from Auckland City and returning from Waiheke Island at 8:45pm on:

Pine Harbour - Roadworks
From Monday, 3 November, a one-way system will be in place at Pine Harbour Marina from just past the Coffee Collective carpark entrance to just after the showroom.
Traffic lights will operate to manage flow, phased to favour incoming traffic in the morning and outgoing traffic in the afternoon and evening.
This temporary change is required to complete essential drainage and groundworks along the roadway. Please allow extra time when travelling through the area.

Protect the Gulf
Remember to ensure your vehicles are clean before arriving at our terminals as heavily soiled vehicles and machinery may be turned away from our vessels due to fear of spreading Kauri Die Back Disease to the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

Senior Waiheke travel
Travelling to Waiheke Island as a foot passenger on your Gold AT HOP card from Half Moon Bay or Wynyard Quarter? Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please remember it is IMPORTANT that you 'tag on' when boarding and 'tag off' on arrival at your destination.

Due to loading requirements, boarding will close 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 15 minutes prior for foot passengers.
Please note: To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.
