Further Terminal Information

Travelling on the Pine Harbour services

If you are travelling to or from Pine Harbour and the City you will need to head down to the wharf 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to get in the queue. We don't sell tickets onboard. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.

If you have a group wanting to travel we recommend you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) ahead of the day so we can ensure we have scheduled a ferry of the correct size to carry all passengers.

Great Barrier Island - Cancellation

Due to the weather forecast the following sailings are cancelled to/from Great Barrier Island
Friday 9th May:
ex Hamer street: 7.30am 
ex Tryphena: 2pm 

To accommodate this cancellation, Sealink have scheduled an additional sailing as per below:
Saturday 10th May
Please note this will be to and from Half Moon Bay
ex Half moon bay: 7am 
ex Tryphena to HMB: 2pm

Rakino Rescheduled sailings
Due to the cancelled Rakino sailings on Saturday 3rd May, we have rescheduled in the Rakino sailings below:

Thursday 29th May:
0645 Depart Hamer Street / 0945 Depart Rakino to Hamer Street

Saturday 31st May:
0815 Depart Half Moon Bay to Rakino / 1045 Depart Rakino to Half Moon Bay

GBI Port Fitzroy Winter Timetable Changes
Due to operational reasons, we have made the following changes to the Port Fitzroy sailings for the winter months.

The revised schedule for Port Fitzroy sailings is as follows:-
  • Wed - 14th May
  • Wed - 28th May
  • Wed - 11th June
  • Wed - 25th June
  • Wed - 9th July
  • Wed - 23rd July
  • Wed - 6th Aug
  • Wed - 20th Aug
  • Wed - 3rd Sep
  • Wed - 17th Sep
  • Wed - 1st Oct
We will continue to keep the Tryphena DG sailings on the Tuesdays.

Tryphena DG sailings on Tue 3rd June, which is the Tuesday after the long weekend, will be moved to Wednesday 4th June.
