*Single trip tertiary fare only available using AT HOP card loaded with tertiary concession.
You can travel for free on SeaLink's scheduled services Monday-Friday from 9.00am weekdays until the last sailing of the day. For travel commencing before 9.00am the full adult fare applies. You will need to 'tag on and tag off' with your AT HOP card. AT 'tag on, tag off' machines are located at the top of the ferry ramp at Pine Harbour and at Pier 1D.
Purchase an AT HOP card from one of the following locations:
Baggage other than “Cabin Baggage” may be charged for.
The obligations of Auckland Transport under the AT HOP cards are unsecured.
Currently there are no online bookings for individual travel. AT HOP cards can be purchased as above or alternatively you can pay a crew member prior to boarding the ferry.
For large group bookings we ask that you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) to let us know of your intended travel times, this helps us arrange the correct size ferry. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.

If you are travelling to or from Pine Harbour and the City you will need to head down to the wharf 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to get in the queue. Tickets can be purchased onboard and payment can be via cash, EFTPOS and credit card. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.
If you have a group wanting to travel we recommend you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) ahead of the day so we can ensure we have scheduled a ferry of the correct size to carry all passengers.
Due to a schedule change the 5:00pm ex Half Moon Bay and 6:00pm ex Waiheke on the 13th of August has been cancelled.

The SeaLink Team
As we move into Alert Level 3 at 12pm today travel should be restricted to permitted movement in your local area only, for example going to work or school, shopping, or getting exercise.
To meet the demand, we have added additional sailings today at 11am from Half Moon Bay and 12pm from Kennedy Point.
Please follow the recommended COVID-19 guidelines, maintain physical distancing, scan the QR code at the terminals, wear a mask, and wash your hands frequently. If you feel at all sick, please stay at home and do not travel.
