Getting to the Pine Harbour Marina

Pine Harbour Marina, 190 Jack Lachlan Drive, Beachlands, Pine Harbour 2571

Pine Harbour is situated in south-east Auckland on the Pohutukawa Coast, a 40-minute drive from Auckland Airport or a 35-minute drive from the Auckland CBD.

Public transport information can be found on the Auckland Transport's online journey planner.

Parking

Pine Harbour Marina has free parking and a 24-hour security service is in place, including regular patrols by security staff.  There's ample parking on site; just allow 5 to 10 minutes to get from your vehicle to the ferry, in time for your sailing.

There are several bike racks located around the marina area if you wish to cycle to the ferry and not travel with your bike.

Marina facilities

There is no ticketing office; however, there's an undercover waiting area for passengers to wait for the ferry. Shower and wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities are available at the marina.

From Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm) you'll find the Nautilus Airstream caravan serving coffee and snacks alongside the wharf.

Ferry tickets can be purchased directly from our crew members onboard the ferry, or alternatively, if you have an AT HOP card you'll need to ‘tag on, tag off’ using the AT HOP machine on the marina wharf.

Travelling with my bike

Yes; you can travel with your bike to Auckland City. Bikes must be parked on the back deck for the duration of the sailing.

Checking in

All passengers travelling to/from Pine Harbour should check-in 10 minutes prior to departure. To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.

Unaccompanied children

Travel for unaccompanied children under the age of 14 years must be arranged with the Skipper prior to sailing.
