Pine Harbour Cancellation 21/1/26
Due to weather we will be operating a reduced service this afternoon with only our larger vessels.
The following sailings are cancelled:
Ex Pine Harbour:
1020, 1140, 1300, 1540, 1620, 1700, 1800, 1900
Ex Auckland:
1100, 1220, 1340, 1600, 1620, 1700, 1740, 1840, 1940
There will be the following replacement transport:
Ex Pine Harbour:
1020, 1140 1330 1x 11 seater shuttle
Ex Downtown: (Queens Wharf)
1120, 1240, 1400 1x 11 seater shuttle
The remainder of our services will run as scheduled:

Pine Harbour - Roadworks
From Monday, 3 November, a one-way system will be in place at Pine Harbour Marina from just past the Coffee Collective carpark entrance to just after the showroom.
Traffic lights will operate to manage flow, phased to favour incoming traffic in the morning and outgoing traffic in the afternoon and evening.
This temporary change is required to complete essential drainage and groundworks along the roadway. Please allow extra time when travelling through the area.

Remember to ensure your vehicles are clean before arriving at our terminals as heavily soiled vehicles and machinery may be turned away from our vessels due to fear of spreading Kauri Die Back Disease to the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

Check-in 30 minutes prior to departure to or from Waiheke Island

Check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to or from Great Barrier Island
Due to loading requirements, boarding will close 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 15 minutes prior for foot passengers.
Please note: To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.
