From Monday 24th February 2020, services will move from Pier 1C to Pier 1D in the main ferry terminal building. For more information visit the AT website here.
Pier 1D to Pine Harbour
*Single trip tertiary fare only available using AT HOP card loaded with tertiary concession.
You can travel for free on SeaLink's scheduled services Monday-Friday from 9.00am weekdays until the last sailing of the day. For travel commencing before 9.00am the full adult fare applies. You will need to 'tag on and tag off' with your AT HOP card. AT 'tag on, tag off' machines are located at the top of the ferry ramp at Pine Harbour and at Pier 1D.
Purchase an AT HOP card from one of the following locations:
Baggage other than “Cabin Baggage” may be charged for.
The obligations of Auckland Transport under the AT HOP cards are unsecured.
Currently there are no online bookings for individual travel. AT HOP cards can be purchased as above or alternatively you can pay a crew member prior to boarding the ferry.
For large group bookings we ask that you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) to let us know of your intended travel times, this helps us arrange the correct size ferry. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.

If you are travelling to or from Pine Harbour and the City you will need to head down to the wharf 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to get in the queue. Tickets can be purchased onboard and payment can be via cash, EFTPOS and credit card. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.
If you have a group wanting to travel we recommend you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) ahead of the day so we can ensure we have scheduled a ferry of the correct size to carry all passengers.
From tomorrow, April 2nd till April 23rd, the Half Moon Bay to Waiheke tometable has been changed.
From HMB to KP
Mon-Fri: 6AM, 9AM, 12PM (Tuesday and Friday only), 5PM
Sat-Sun: 6AM, 3PM
From KP to HMB
Mon-Fri: 7.30AM, 10.30AM, 1.30PM (Tuesday and Friday only), 6.30PM
Sat-Sun: 7.30AM, 4.30PM

Our call centre will now be available between the following times till further notice:

As we enter into Alert Level 4 for COVID-19 please note that effective today, Thursday 26 March, and encompassing the entire Lockdown Period of Alert Level 4, all of SeaLink’s timetables will be reduced and limited to providing essential services access only to and from Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Pine Harbour respectively.
For Waiheke and Great Barrier Island services, we will be accepting essential services and freight vehicles only, no foot passengers or unaccompanied vehicles. All vehicle occupants will be required to remain in their vehicles for the duration of their voyage.

If you have already booked between the 26th March and 23rd April, you will be contacted by our team over the next week or so as these bookings will need to be cancelled.
