Our high speed, maneuverable passenger ferries offer a smooth ride

Clipper II and III, Clipper IV and V

These ferries run between Pine Harbour marina on the Pohutakawa Coast and downtown Auckland 20 times daily, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) with two extra services on a Friday evening. These modern, high-speed catamarans transport up to 48 passengers and 98 passengers at a time.  Relax in the comfort of the inside cabin or on the small back open deck, for an exhilarating ride.

Onboard facilities

The passenger lounge comfortably seats 48 and 90 passengers.  Toilets are located forward of the main cabin area on Clipper II and III and on the back deck on Clipper IV and V.

Safety onboard

Safety and information announcements are made through the PA system at the commencement of your journey. Ferries are equipped with AED defibrillators and first aid kits. In the case of emergency please follow your crew's instructions as they are trained on what to do. They also hold certificates in basic first aid should a passenger need assistance.

Alcohol & non-smoking

Our passenger ferries are non smoking and alcohol free. Drinking of alcohol is not permitted at the ferry terminals or on SeaLink premises. No drinking of alcohol is permitted while onboard.

If you realise you’ve left something onboard, please contact us and we’ll make every effort possible to reunite you with your lost items.

These ferries are available for private charters to any of the Islands in the inner Hauraki Gulf or for late night trips to Auckland City. Whether it is a wedding, corporate meeting, a team-building event or any other special occasion.  Our fleet of catamaran includes two ferries with a total capacity of 98 passengers and two ferries with a total capacity of 48 passengers and can be taken into most wharves and private jetties.
